- You may fill out the application online and print it.
- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Application fee is $55 per adult applicant or $75 per married couple. A holding fee of $45, due with application fee, is applied to move-in costs if move in date is on time. The holding fee is refunded if the applicant is denied within 48 hours.
